    I had a great experience with the purchase of my new car. Khalid was a great help and he knew exactly what I was looking for when I told him the issues I had with my previous car. He answered all my questions thoroughly, was very knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service! He was very patient and allowed me to test drive the two cars I was debating on a couple of times to really differentiate between the two. I am recommending all my friends in the market for a new or used car to visit R&H Toyota and to work with Khalid in sales. I was a little nervous about purchasing a new car but I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

    Charles Cadden was excellent to work with, and was able top throw in a few extras in the end of the final sale, made things very stress free and easy to work with, knowledgable about the cars and all the features from each different model. willing to take the time to guide us thru each one. many thanks, i will be back (hopefully not all that soon) when we are in need of a new or upgrade car either for myself or the family.

    My wife and I just purchased a 2012 Camry. Evon our salesman was great and so was the sales manager. We purchased the vehicle at a great price and they went and picked up the color that I wanted at another dealership. I was even told that if I did not like the color they would just go get another one! I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend!

    Thank you for the follow-up. . . I wanted to take a moment to give praise to Vincent. HE WAS FANTASTIC!! Very professional, polite, courteous, and efficient. He quickly understood what I was looking for, what I needed to know, and gave me the best price right up front. Without a doubt, he far exceeded my expectations and made my purchase a GREAT experience. He even called me 2 days later to check in and ensure I was enjoying my vehicle.The experience was so great, my girlfriend and I will be coming in again this week to test drive a Rav4 for my girlfriend.

    Carlos was knowleadgable and a pleasure to deal with. He made certain that I obtained the car with the exact options that I requested, without the superfluous options that I did not want. He also explained in detail how all of the features worked. Buying from Carlos and especially R&H Toyota was an enjoyable experience...no hassle...no pressure...the right car at the right price. You can't beat it!


    Great experience and would recommend. Sam was patient and very professional. He respected my wishes and unlike many salesmen, he was not pushy. I would recommend R&H Toyota to others who are looking for a well made car and an affordable deal. R&H Toyota is the best.


    Mr. Subido was extremely patient with all of my questions. He showed me different cars and the difference in quality among them. He was very helpful with his recommendations, since I wasn't exactly sure which new car I was most interested in. Overall, he was very kind and I would definitely recommend him to any one I know that is interested in buying a car from your dealership.




    Thank you Josh and Joey. That e-mail you sent was the best marketing e-mail I have ever seen and I came close to deleting it. Joey  took great care of me at got me out fast. I don't think I've ever moved that fast with a big purchase and doubt Joey sold a car as fast. I think I was out within an hour and half including your finance department. 11/16/2010




    My Review of R & H Toyota:
    I am very satisfied with the dealership especially to Carlos Subido for assisting me in purchasing this wonderful family vehicle. Now, my wife and I do not have difficulties any more in placing our baby in the infant care seat at the back because the 2011 Sienna SE is very useful compared to our previous vehicle that we trade in which is the 2-door scion tc. I really appreciate all the effort of all the staff who helped me throughout the entire process of purchasing this mini-van. Special thanks to Carol Michael, Patrick Jensen, and especially Carlos Subido for their extraordinary customer service. I am very much satisfied and I love my car! =)


    This is my second car with R&H Toyota. Evon Greene is the friendliest, most helpful salesperson. He's very straight forward and clearly cares about his customers. He answered all of my questions and helped me pick the best car for me. I never felt pressured to buy or like he was ripping me off. I have no doubt that my family and I will continue to return to R&H Toyota.

    The car is incredible and there are many times I just drive around in order to enjoy the auto.  As I stated in a recent communique to R & H, your salesmenship and service was wonderful and the whole R & H experience has me recommending the dealership to all of my friends.  AND, the service department is great!     It was a pleasure working with Sam Papino. I think he is a great salesman because it took me more than three months to make up my mind but he never gave up. Because this is my first car to be financed by a bank, I pushed all the buttons but he was never irritated.

     I hope I continue to enjoy my motherly dream of a owning a Sienna. The kids love it!

    


    My husband and I have been very impressed and pleased with R&H Toyota's service department (which we have been using to have our vehicles serviced & maintained.. for the last several years). We had never purchased a vehicle from R&H. But, we have been very happy with their service.. so we decided to check them out!
    Upon our arrival we were promptly greeted by Rado. He was very pleasant, courteous, and friendly. We told him we were shopping for a new 4Runner, Limited Edition. He showed us the Limiteds. We took one for a test drive and loved it! We were quoted a price, and then left... as this was our first time visiting R&H sales and our first stop of 2 dealers we planned to visit.
    We then went to the 2nd dealer, (from whom we had purchased several vehicles from in the past). We came close to buying a 4Runner there, but were very unhappy with the insulting amount we were offered for our trade-in. (When one buys 5 vehicles, from one dealership.. one expects a little loyalty, courtesy, and fairness.. in return)
    My husband went back to R&H Toyota. He spoke with Tracy Reich, who gave us a fair price on the 4Runner and a more than fair amount for our trade-in. We purchased the SUV and are so pleased (with R&H and our new 4Runner!) R&H Toyota sales has gained us as new customers!
    The "paperwork" went smoothly and was painfree with, Connie. And, Carol (in vehicle protection) was such a pleasure to chat with!
    The atmosphere at R&H Toyota is "small town", "family like", personal, and friendly.
    And, my new 4Runner.. was not just hurried through the car wash... it was spotlessly detailed!
    Rado has called to check on us.. to see how we like our 4Runner and if we have any questions.
    All is well, we are very pleased!

    I had a really wonderful experience at R & ; H Toyota and it was mainly due to Khalid who helped me out right from the moment I stepped into the dealership till I drove the car out of the lot. The way he had handled the entire transaction was so professional, right from explaining the features of the vehicle, during test drive and while working out the deal for the transaction. I was really thinking that buying car would be a troublesome one, but it was all made smooth by the courteous handling of Khalid and staff members of R & H Toyota. I would surely recommend this dealer to anyone who wants a good service and a good price for the car they want.

    I bought my 2011 Toyota Corolla from Khalid and could not have asked for a better sales experience. Khalid was thorough and pleasant to work with. The value for the car was great and all that came with it. I would definitely buy another Toyota from R & H again in the future! I highly recommend to request Khalid to be your sales rep if possible as well.

    I can't believe I'm actually giving a car dealership 5 stars but R&H was by far the best test drive and sales experience I had while shopping around for a new car. Got a great car for a great price. Dennis helped the entire process go smoothly. He didn't try to sell me a car or features I didn't want. Will definitely buy my next car from R&H!
