Japanese automaker Toyota has an impressive lineup of 2012 Toyota models this year, but it doesn't skimp on giving back to the community, either. Toyota USA recently joined forced with the Denby, MI branch of the Salvation Army to donate winter boots to over 150 women and children in the Detroit area as part of its Walk in My Boots community project.

Impressive isn't it? The judges couldn't decide between which of the four current Prius models was the most impressive, so they choose all of them. Earlier this month, Toyota announced that its Collaborative Safety Research Center (CSRC) would be launching four new research project focused on producing more efficient safety tactics and technologies across the entire automotive industry. The CSRC was originally launched in January 2011 with a starting investment of $50 million by the company. The technologies developed are used by Toyota and shared with a variety of different companies and institutions.</
